I liked the coziness of the property itself and the overall presentation of the apartment

Very let down and lied to about the balcony being obstructed by scaffolding. Didn’t feel it was worth the extra money for a “balcony”

Loved the location, just a short walk to town. Apartment was really cosy and had literally everything you could need.

Clean and very well appointed apartment with cool furniture and good facilities. Great location in a converted historic hotel. Interesting old lift! A short walk from the centre, but this made it quiet and with a clear view of the bay. Grateful for welcome hamper and parking permits.

Found the bed a tad uncomfortable, though that's probably just different to what we're used to. Otherwise nothing.

great location but no parking at property. there for 3 days but parking pass only for 2 days??

charged £250.00 plus £10.00 admin fee for any possible damages etc. had to pay 2 weeks before arrival and have to wait further 2 weeks for it to be refunded If I had known this at time of booking would not have booked this property.

The property was in a great location with good views of the sea and Whitby Abbey. It was very clean and had everything needed, good shower, well stocked kitchen, dishwasher etc. There was a bonus of a balcony with views of the sea and Abbey

The beds were very uncomfortable, the mattresses were literally just 6 inches thick foam. It felt as though you were lying straight on the wooden bed slats.

Beautiful very comfortable apartment. Well equipped and in an ideal location for exploring Whitby.

Unfortunately the lift wasn't working during our stay which isn't the fault of the owners. Also there was building work being done next door which was noisy at times. Again this wasn't the fault of the owners but it was annoying at times.

Great location. Log burner was great but had to provide own logs. Should be stated on website.

Deposit, have to wait up to ten days to get back.
