There are no cooking utensils, I spent the whole time communicating this and was assured there were. Seems cutlery is the same as utensils to Host and Stay. They state they only provide the basics, well a single wooden spoon is all you get. We cook whilst away to save the costs of eating out. There are no tongs, slotted spoons, egg flippers, or pizza cutter. I did not appreciate the way Host and Stay bombarded me on the lead up to the break with adverts for gin or chefs.

No information about the hot water, shower went cold, no information about local shop for milk bread etc, found a headband on the carpet, which must have been overlooked by cleaners
GBGBGBWe stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it! The apartment was amazing—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had a fantastic view. It was also just a short walk to town, which made everything super convenient. The rooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. A perfect stay overall—highly recommend!

GBGBGreat location - 5 to 10 minute walk into town. Great to have an allocated parking space which as far as I can see is a rarity in Whitby. Had everything in the apartment we needed. Spotlessly clean. Very spacious.
There were numerous keyboxes - none of which were numbered. This meant trial and error to find the correct box. I'm sure there was a system but as this type of box can be a bit fiddly we missed the correct one the first time.

Key safe not very clear signage for apartment! Didn’t read the small print about ‘home’ which is how you identify.
