GBHaving property name or number on key box would have been easier, rather than us having to use a process of elimination but understand if this is omitted for security reasons. Maybe a coloured sticker and then provide that via email/app.

The heating system was temperamental, so hot water not always available and quite cold. Heater in triple bedroom not working either.

GBLOCATION VERY GOOD FREE PARKING EXCELLENT AND THE VIEW BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT BIG ENOUGHT AND VERY COMFORTABLE. tEA COFFEE AND SUGAR WAS THERE FOR US. PLEANTY OF TOWELS AND BLANKETS ETC COMPFY BEDS AND ENOUGH SPACE TV A LITTLE SMALL LOTS OF BATHROOM LITTLE BOTTLES FOR US TO USE IF WE WANTED
PROBLEM WITH GETTING KEYS FROM THE KEY BOX AS THERE WERE 6 OR 8 KEY BOXES AND NONE OF THEM WERE NUMBERED. THE APARTMENT WAS LOVLEY HOWEVER THERE WAS A MUCKY RIM ON THE OUSIDE OF THE TOILET SEAT UNDER NEATH. THERE WAS LOTS OF TOWLES AND BLANKETS IN THE WARDROBE AND THIS MADE IT AWKWARD TO PUT OUR CLOTHES AND COATS ON HANGERS. TV A LITTLE SMALL THE EMERSION HEATER WAS TURNED OFF AND WE RUN OUT OF WATER TWO DAYS BEFORE LEAVING AND IT WASNT VERY CLEAR WHERE WE HAD TO TURN ON THE WATER, A SIMPLE LIST WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD INSTEAD WE HAD TO TRAWL THRUGH THE BOOK WITH ALL THE FITTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR EVERYTHING THAT HAD BEEN PUT IN THE APARTMENT. THE TORCH IN THE BOILER CUPBOARD WAS NOT WORKING AND THE MIRROR IN THE BATHROOM DID NOT WORK (AGAIN ) TRIED TO FIND INSTRUCTIONS BUT COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK. THE KITCHEN CUPBOARDS AND DRAWS WERE NOT REALLY ORGANISED WELLNEEDS A GOOD SORT AND PAPER NOTES INSIDE THEM SAYING WHAT WAS IN THEM BUT THEY WERE A LITTLE MIXED UP . NO CUPBOARD FOR US TO PUT OUR OWN DRY FOOD IN, CERIAL , BISCUITS CAKE ETC .SINK DRAINER LOOKED GROTTY . FELT LIKE IT NEEDED A DEEP CLEAN END OF YEAR POSSIBLY.
