EE- Great location, a lot of bars and restaurants nearby - Pistachio croissants for breakfast <3 - Rooftop where to enjoy your breakfast or a drink in the evening with a good view - Staff was super friendly and helpful - Bed was very comfortable - Clean, modern, well-organized, spacious - Cold drinking water in fridge - Self check-in / check-out Overall, we would definitely come back to this housing :) Became a home during our time in Palermo. It wasn't a problem for us but note that: - it is on top floor, no elevator. as young people, it wasn't an issue at all. - room is not completely soundproof, you will hear a bit the neighbours and the street, but nothing too loud. - surronding streets are not the most clean, but this is how Palermo downtown is.
GBThe host, Marco, was excellent with his communication and advice on what to do, see, eat etc. He was always very helpful with any questions and very quick to respond. The location of the apartment is very convenient for all the touristy things you might want to visit. You can walk everywhere. It's not far from the main train & bus stations.
The soundproofing could be better. It is very noisy when the cleaners come in in the morning as they also set up breakfast and you can hear everything. On 2 of the 4 nights I was staying at the apartments there was a problem with opening the front door which was very loud.
Appartement agréable, spacieux, rénové récemment. Salle commune pour le petit déjeuner et rooftop. Bien situé malgré quartier bruyant le soir. Très bon accueil et services. Entrée très surprenante avant d’arriver à l’appartement
USClean modern apartment w 2 bedrooms but only one with AC. Tough for summers if you are used to sleeping in cool room
Lots of stairs to reach. We are used to traveling in Europe and understand that most accommodations require stairs. However this apartment is 4 stories of very steep stairs. It is definitely a nice property once you get to top floor. I overheard that the place might fave a "lift". If that's the case, it would have been nice to been informed. The building is very old and I did not see anything resembling an elevator.
Appartement conforme à la présentation, beau réamenagement. Petit déjeuner basique, une attention tout de même pour le croissant fourré selon le choix du client. Par contre, 2 nuits gachées par la proximité de la place Vucciria, ca va un moment, mais quand cela fini à 2h30, puis 3h30, c'est bien désagréable
