Great location and very nice clean room. Don’t let the alleyway and stairwell up to it concern you. Marco is very responsive and helpful; he’s a wonderful host! The rooftop terrace was delightful. Only complaint was the AC made very loud cracking noises when on, so we eventually turned it off. Small complaint though. Everything else was great.

Nice and helpful owner. In the centre of the City. Breakfast ist quite simple, but okay, maybe some more bread would be good.

Boa noite! Lamento informá-los de que foi impossível a nossa hospedagem no Argenteria devido a falta de higiene. O local apresentava: baratas mortas pelo chão, penas pássaros espalhadas por todo lado e chuva dentro do estabelecimento impossibilitando transitar! Entre muitos outros motivos, todos depreciativos, surpreendeu-nos o Hotéis.com, trabalhar com hotel dessa categoria depreciavel! Lamento informá-los, de que iremos publicar, com apresentação de imagens, para que outros sejam poupados do mesmo constrangimento que passamos!

This is one for the record books We arrived at 2:00 am from Cairo and were dropped by taxi within a block of Marco's suite. A nice guy at a bar phoned to get Marco out of bed (the town was still partying) Armed with the door codes I went to see the digs and soon realized it wouldn't work - wife is still using a cane after knee surgery and could never manage the stairs. My fault; shoulda checked. I explained the situation to Marco after we'd all had a bit of sleep in a nearby hotel. He refunded all of my money. I screwed up. He was entitled to keep at least one night's fee. He lost a two night rental. And he refunded all of my money. Look after this guy. He's a gem

Perfect location, close to transportation, everything new in the apartment. There were toiletries and aircon that works perfect. The host was super kind, shares perfect recommendations from tours, to food, to places to visit and transportation options. There is nothing you could want more service wise. Helped us with the parking, with the bagages, waited for us in front of the accomodation to make sure we can find it easily and helped us with the luggage up the stairs. In the room we found fresh cold water waiting for us and sparkling cleanness! Breakfast was fresh pastry and fresh coffee, cereal, milk and jam. There was a rooftop terrace overlooking Palermo. The acoomodation is in the center close to a plethora of restaurants, bars, piazza, the port, parks, food markets. Everything withing walking distance. We would definitely return.

The accomodation being in the center during the late evening it can be noisy from the bars and pubs around, but nothing some earplugs can't solve. The apartments are on the 4th floor with no elevator but they have a crane for lifting up the bags to that floor. Parking options are 3 min from the accomodation, but the apartment is in a car free zone like all the center.

Amazing room with nice bacony. High ceiling and a large TV. Tge facilities offer nice rooftop terrace with coffee machine and kettle. Additionally to packaged breakfast was an artisan croissant served. Yummie! And the location is very close to the main area of the town.

Personally the parking situation was a bit off and missleading. There is free parking available, but at busy streets close to the harbour. Which in the end we didnt choose to do, as we had a rental and were'nt sure/comfortable about the area. We ended paying for a secure car park (15€), which isnt bad but would have been nice to know before we booked the room. Also, as this location is close to the main area, Palermo likes to party almost all night in the streets below... I mean, we were/are an older couple. I can imagine this must be nice for younger ones 😁

Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet, mit Balkon und Klimaanlage. Der host ist schnell zu erreichen und hilfreich, leider liegt das hotel in einer sehr lauten Straße, wo täglich bis 5/6 Uhr laute Musik läuft und schlafen trotz geschlossener balkontür und ohrstöpseln erschwert wird. Ansonsten ist die Altstadt in unmittelbarer umgebung sowie sämtliche gute Essensmöglichkeiten und ein herrlich duftender Fischmarkt

Sehr sauber und moderne Zimmer, vielen Dank an Marco für die wundervolle Zeit und genügend Informationen und Tipps um die Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, schöne Gemeinschaftsküche und Terasse. Parkplatz in der Nähe genügend vorhanden. Alles zu fuß erreichbar. Nachts leider sehr laut im Zimmer aufgrund der Bars in der Nähe. Ich würde Immer wieder kommen

Très chouette B&B en plein centre de Palerme avec option de pouvoir se garer à proximité gratuitement. Marco est très sympathique, très réactif. Les chambres sont bien rénovées. Très bien

Lovely rooms - clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped with large bed. Very helpful and available host. Great terrace overlooking Palermo. Fabulous location.

Need to do something about noise and/or warn about it in description of property. We stayed on a Saturday night and noise was constant. If it had been advised in advance or was not an issue, I would have given property a 9. A more welcoming entrance would also be a help :).
