Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guest living within a 15 miles radius of the property will be required to pay a refundable security deposit of £500.

"Disappointed"

Access to secure parking awful, access keys that don’t work, no staff to rectify situation, no one else willing to help… ended up having to spend my time sorting this out and worrying about it.. this has happened here before

"Central Manchester modern spacious apartment haven with all mod cons"

We especially loved the central location, straightforward access, safe private undercover parking, spacious accommodation, comfy beds and decor, well-equipped kitchen, all mod cons, three bathrooms. Staff responded quickly by text to any queries.

Easy to get to and with all the facilities we needed the property was only a short walk 5-10mins from Cornbrook tram stop which meant travel in and out of Manchester City centre was quick and easy. The layout was really good and the apartment felt spacious despite there being 6 of us.

Unless you pay extra for the parking it can be very difficult finding somewhere to park your car. We also had a small issue with one of the blinds being broken.
