Great location, close to many of the amenities people travel for. Close to the football stadium, Trafford centre, and most importantly 10 mins drive from !Audacious church. There is a Coop shop just across the road and tram stops very close by. Plenty of equipment to tide you over, including a well stocked coffee machine, washing up liquid and bathroom products.

It took a long time to find the property. We were close by but took us nearly an hour to actually locate the exact property and the correct parking area that was booked. There were also some old water marks coming down the walls from the shower room above that were very noticeable.

Very cool gadgets and chill apartment overall.

Lovely property. Wonderful views from the 26th floor across Manchester. 2 well proportioned bedrooms and both with en-suite. Good facilities in the kitchen and the apartment was really clean and tidy

Spacious, close to tram station, easy to get to via car.

Separate bathroom shower flooded the floor. Windows had been left open that we didn’t notice when we dropped our bags and went straight out so the bedrooms were very cold when returned after 11pm.

Clean modern and convenient, had an issue with the first apartment (333) as the entry code did not work and the electric kept tripping. But the staff were very supportive and accommodating, apologiesed for the inconvenience and we were swiftly moved to (337) which was even nicer and well lit ;)

Heating took a while to warm the place up

1. Well furnished kitchen. 2. Nice bathrooms save the water temperature control in hallway bathroom. 3. Close to Cornbrook Tram Stop.

1. Entrance to apartment in unkept. Littered with leaves and an overstuffed mailbox. 2. Gate lock appeared broken. 3. Side window on ground floor needs a window covering for privacy. 4. Water temperature control in hallway shower bathroom inoperable. Fix requires use of an Allen key. 5. All radiators were set to 35C, but they are timed to go off during the night leaving apartment colder than desired in the morning. 6. Incorrect written instructions re entry code. Charles Hope CRS and I spent minutes figuring it out over the phone. 7. Provide guest with clarity on Princess Street address in Old Trafford versus Princess Street in nearby Manchester to avoid confusion. 8. Delay in getting check-in instructions due to security deposit request that was made on day of arrival. Just collect ALL funds due at time of booking period.

Comfortable and well equipped. Lots of space for the 4 of us.
