Residhome Nice Aéroport

Bien situé près aéroport. Propre et près de restaurants. Seul bémol, très difficile à trouver avec google map. On a fait plusieurs détours pour trouver l'hébergement.

Staff bad attitudes and poor customer service makes this a miserable stay. I don't know if they are just not happy in their roles. At check-in a deposit is requested that's not communicated when booking or post booking. Previous reviews mention bad staff attitudes and none-refund of the surprise deposit so I am now concerned that refund still hasn't reflected yet. I had to book this location as there limited options left in the area due to Cannes film festival and F1 Monaco. If ever you need anything sorted regarding your booking outside office hours staff tell you have to wait till day staff due to some paper record system. According to the lady in reception her 'papers' for the day were completed and there was nothing she could do for me regarding an error/query in the room allocation/booking until the next day as she could not access any information and she closed her papers. Not sure what that meant. Anyway she completely refused to help me. Staff blame you for anything that's gone wrong e.g. room key card stopped working. Staff speak to you as if they paid for your stay. There are plenty more other options in the vicinity and don't ignore concerns in reviews is the lesson of the day.

Un staff agressif et non pro

Walking distance to airport and tram. Room had everything including well equipped kitchen unit. We enjoyed a glass of wine a d breakfast on the little balcony.

We were allowed to check in earlier,no extra charge. Rooms very well equipped, to the detail. Amazing kitchenette. Handy balcony. Walking distance to airport.

Be mindful of where you park. There are three hotels in this complex, and Google Maps directs one to just one of several. We paid for overnight parking at the front desk and the next morning, the place we paid for parking the day previously we not the place Google Maps directed us to for this hotel!

We had a great room - everything we needed. The communication before our stay could have been better, I had unanswered questions, about our arrival and getting to the property from the airport. It would be very helpful to know specific directions from the airport terminal- like take the tram and then a map to show the best way to walk from the tram stop. All in all 9/10

No restaurant or bar.

Hotel has washers/dryers for guest use. Room was very clean and comfortable.
