The apartment was in a great position and the views were to die for. Lovely and clean. Apartment on 2nd floor so the lift was very useful.

Shower tiles in en-suite bedroom could do with a touch of bleach, but would not stop me staying again.

"Great apartment but shame about the parking."

Great location, amazing view from flat. Nicely decorated. Basic amenities such as tea coffee etc. quiet enough location. Easy to get to and from city centre really close by to the whale bones

States free parking on the booking advert but when you actually book you get told that it's only one car per booking. This information isn't actually provided until you've booked and paid for your stay and receive the welcome pack. We rang customer service to ask about this and found them not very helpful and didn't seem to want answer the question in relation to the parking. This meant we had to pay a substantial amount for parking as there was two cars with two separate families visiting and staying in the apartment. Bathroom in the main room had some issues. Didn't look to have been clean properly between the sink and the shower and the bottom of the shower had about two inches of a slate orange tint around the bottom of it.

Perfect apartment for a Whitby stay. Well decorated with very moden facilities. Awesome views out to sea. Faultless. Great comms from the property management. Would definitely come back. Thanks to the team. Parking vouchers are a welcome provision. They will be in the apartment once you are inside. You should be able to find a parking space nearby
