Air con (emphasis on the CON) issues. I know it’s a heatwave but the air con needs to work better. She repaired to receipt on they claimed there wasn’t an issue. Classic gaslighting.

I had a wonderful time here, the staff were tremendous and the hotel was so beautiful. I would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Bordeaux to go to this hotel! Thank you to all the staff

Beautifully appointed hotel, excellent welcome upon arrival. The rooms were exceptional while being slightly modest in size and a bit on the warm side (it was over 30⁰). The big disappointment was Morimoto, in particular the service. During two visits, we were left to feel forgotten and unappreciated. The food and drink were 5 stars, the service was 1 star with it being apparent that the dining room is disorganized and indifferent.

An unforgettable experience ! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here thanks to the young and dynamic staff who welcome their guests and provide exceptional service. The rooms are lovely, and the beds are divine, but unfortunately there was barely any space to open our suitcases. The restaurant Morimoto is truly amazing, and we were surprised to learn it does not yet have a Michelin star. Even when the chef isn’t in-house, the second chef masters the fire art of the cooking process. The cod was perfection itself! Our server, Lea, was very kind, attentive and she knew the menu thoroughly well. The decor, designed by Philippe Stark, is tasteful and lovely in the evening with its lamps and fairy lights. The spa/pool area is relaxing; the steam room and sauna are the perfect temperature. The check out is later than most hotels and we were granted an extra hour, leaving at 1:00. All in all, we highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

Gorgeous hotel, the interiors are really beautiful and the service from all staff was just as good. We didn't eat here but we enjoyed drinks in the courtyard, and the spa facilities.

Wonderful, helpful, & polite staff. Always ready to assist. Very attentive. Same with the restaurant staff. Cleanliness was outstanding. Room service were excellent & friendly. Definitely rated 5-star with good reason.

Excellent hotel

The building and interior design is beautiful. Within walking distance to Citi Du Vin but a longer walk to main parts of Bordeaux. Staff are very polite and helpful but also quite often forgot our orders

Very nice hotel and even better staff. We felt very well looked after. The area just around the hotel isn’t super interesting but it’s a quick ride to shopping and walking areas in the city center.
