The staff was incredibly friendly and mostly had great follow through. We were a little bothered and surprised that we could not have a place to enjoy a glass of wine we had brought with my clients without paying huge corking fees. Also our room had a couple things not working - nothing major but we had to ask twice for it to be addressed. The restaurant is delicious, the valets were wonderful and the breakfast staff very detail oriented and great service.

très bel hotel aux chambres tres confortables. l'hotel était plein et pourtant le calme y regnait. tres bon couchage. personnel en tres grande majorité tres avenant et prévenant. petit déjeuner pantagruelique et de tres bonne qualité. rien à redir

En general es un hotel muy lindo un poco alejado del centro si quieres caminar y está limitado a solo tener un restaurante ! El baño se me hizo algo pequeño el área del lavabo

We were sorry we only had one night at Mondrian, as it would have been nice to try the in house restaurant. The room was very nice, staff were attentive, and the location is very central. We would stay there again!

Property is beautiful and staff are incredible. It is a 15 minute walk into the main area of Bordeaux however if you plan to visit wineries and are driving yourself, this is a wonderful option as you can park your car here which isn’t an option at the hotels in the centre de ville. 5-star experience.
