Das Appartement war nicht sauber. Überall lange schwarze Haare. Dreck auf dem Tisch und im Kühlschrank. Das Petsonal war freundlich.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans une chambre avec kitchenette. Simple, propre et pratique . Le plus : l’hôtel propose 3 petits déjeuners différents donc pour tous les budgets le moins : place de parking possible mais je trouve un peu chère

Place lovely. Reception young woman a little bad tempered and borderline rude. Claimed garage door not working was our issues despite us having followed all instructions. Other staff lovely, friendly and helpful.

I was pleased with the well-equipped kitchen and other facilities. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I understood that the sheets would be changed every five days and the room would not be cleaned, but I was not informed that I would have to request towel changes. I was also unsure about how to dispose of garbage.

I spent 3 nights at the Originals while attending a meeting at the adjacent Aix Marseille Université (which is a 1-minute walk away). The Originals is fairly new and so the facilities are in top condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast (which is an additional charge) is good and plentiful. The rooms are small by south-France standards but otherwise adequate. The location is very convenient to the university but on the fringe of the downtown area. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the bus and train station and restaurants. Rooms have small kitchenettes and so for longer stays you might want to visit a market, the closest is a 10-15 minute walk. If you are a jogger, the primary option is on the streets/sidewalks, although there is a large park about 1 km away. Be warned that housekeeping is not daily, and may be as long as 3-5 days between housekeeping visits. If you want more frequent housekeeping, there is an additional charge.

Fräscht hotell med kitchenette så vi kunde kyla mat och dryck. Trevlig personal vid incheckningen. Vid utcheckningen var kvinna lagom dryg och otrevlig. Bra läge. Sköna sängar. Bra med tvättmöjlighet!
