What a nightmare! We arrived at 9pm and didn’t get into a room until 10:30. No driveway, and the parking garage was blocked by four full-sized fire trucks—nowhere to go. We parked on the street with hazards and walked into total chaos: people in pajamas, dogs, crying babies, and one elderly woman yelling and trying to cut what was supposed to be a line. After 45 minutes, I finally get to speak to someone at front desk… only to be told their system is down and I’m treated like I’m the problem. They charge me for parking and a minor city fee, but their card machines are down. One staffer asks if I’ll pay in the morning (duh, I’m checking out then), but another guy (wearing a graffiti-print t-shirt, not a uniform or name tag) says they can’t trust me and asks me to leave my car title as collateral. You can’t make this up. Finally, I get a key, only to find it’s the wrong room and reeks of urine. After another trip to the lobby, I get reassigned, grab my things (with no help), and head to the new room… only for Graffiti Tee to stop me and say that room’s also wrong. Third room finally works… barely. Clogged sink, hairs in the shower, dirty towel, and a blood-stained pillow. Not exaggerating. The fire? Not their fault. But everything else? Rude, disorganized, and completely lacking basic hospitality or professionalism—especially during a crisis. Never again. Missed dinner because by the time we were in our room, everything was closed.

This is an idea place to stay in Aix if you don’t mind a little walk to the centre. Aix is absolutely fantastic. Everything you would ask for in a holiday is there. Excellent stay. Cx

As many people mentioned, the bathroom had a bad odor.

Très bon rapport qualité -prix et emplacement idéal. Chambre confortable et petit-déjeuner très qualitatif. Bonne adresse

Clean, covenient, close to the old town. Parking garage made it even more concenient.

Hôtel vraiment bien

The hotel was ok for the price considering all other hotels were very pricey. Good enough for 1 night. The parking garage was full we had to park in the street. The staff was nice enough but not helpful to suggest things in the area or solutions to the parking. If you are just passing through Aix like we were then it’s good enough.

Séjour de 4 nuits pour les affaires. Hôtel idéalement situé sauf pour les fêtes étudiantes du jeudi soir. Accueil global bien mais dépend des personnes qui y sont. Service OK même s’il a fallu que je demande à changer de chambre pour raison sanitaire.
