"Best overall experience in Bandar Lampung"

The rooms have a very high quality. It’s very clean and feels new.

Unfortunately there is no concierge service and the building feels very empty as it’s supposed to house a mall, supermarket and other businesses. The breakfast buffet seems to value quantity over quality, I would rate it average. Some non-smoking rooms are located on the same floor as smoking rooms which leads to a bad smell.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Lampung. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a family getaway. The breakfast selection was excellent with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Our little one really enjoyed the pool and kids’ area, and the warm service from the team made our birthday celebration even more special. Thank you, Grand Mercure Lampung, for such a lovely experience. We’ll definitely come back again on our next visit to Lampung!

"Enjoyable stay"

The hotel is stunning, well designed, ultimate comfort, the room so spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and super nice from the start. The food was delicious and had many choices . Overall the ambience were nice and cozy.

Tidak ada layanan pengangkutan tas/barang/ koper. Sehingga barang bawa sendiri sampai ke kamar, repot bila barang banyak, tidak ada troli/staf troli. Staf resepsionis wanita tidak ramah, tidak membantu. Banyak pengunjung saat sarapan sehingga suasana restoran seperti pasar carut marut. Kebersihan kamar perlu di tingkatkan.
