Grand Mercure Lampung

Good hotel with amazing service and best view. Delicious, tasty for food when breakfast time, especially bread and porridge . Center area make me easy to go around. The staff was very helpfull especially bellboy at ground lobby.

The stay at mercure lampung was superb, they have a lot of friendly staffs (especially gabby who helped me a lot), excellent food for their breakfast buffet choices, great hospitality overall, will definitely come back when visiting lampung.

Best hotel in lampung. Nice service, good ambiance and has a strategic location. Breakfast also have a lot of optional dishes. The rooms totaly have a nice ambiance and very spacious for family. Definitely will be back here if we going to lampung again.

The breakfast was fantastic in a very large area with a great selection. Less than 5% of the tables were used while we were there from 9am to 10am. We ordered scrambled eggs with mushroom and they had to go and cut up mushrooms but were happy to do so. Our room was on the 20th floor and provided all we needed. They had a bar where we were able to buy a beer.

The entrance does not have any signs and the Ground Floor where the transport drops and picks up guests is signless. We had to ask the front door man how to get to reception and he said in Indonesian, behind the wall. We looked behind and saw lifts first then a big empty area where a mall is going to be established sometime in the future. When we went back and asked again he told us to get the lift to reception on level 5. The lack of any directional signage reflects poorly on the management.

It's just like any other hotel; nothing special. There are no different lines between members and non-members, and when it comes to check-in and check-out, there are only two receptionists (they have 5-6 desks). The swimming pool is so tiny that it exceeds the chair's capacity. Please be professional; Grand Mercure is a 5-star hotel. Don’t just make excuses with the maintenance phone of GRO staff and printer at Accor’s desk. Best view sea from odd number rooms high floor.

mercure is a good hotel, it has excellent food. the staff was nice and very helpful. the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeinggood service and would love to come back if i have another business trip at lampung.

feel so warm welcome starting from the security, bellman, and staff from front desk. for the lobby lounge and a friendly staff is so good. they are very friendly, efficient and always wear smile. definitely i will recommend all of my friend in jakarta if they want to go to lampung!
