Zasgo Hotel

The pool was lovely and had a good view, walking distance from the airport (15/20 mins). Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and was a buffet style with a good variety. There was a shop at the bottom of the hotel which is a good addition.

Room was very small. Shower pressure on the wall mounted was very poor, however the handheld was better.

The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help in any way they could. This included being our taxi service at one point for a small charge and looking after our bags for the day after we checked out. The location was great very close to the main strip, markets and plenty of eateries.

The only negative was that the hot water only lasted for a one or two showers before needing to wait 15 minutes to heat up. They did inform us of this at reception and were doing maintenance on it.

The dinner and breakfast we had were both good. The view from the sky bar was amazing.

The room was absolutely tiny and there wasn’t even space to open a suitcase. The rooms were not soundproof so we could hear the people with Bali belly next door all night and hence did not sleep.

Je recommande complètement cet établissement. Une propreté impeccable, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les parties communes, un très bon emplacement à quelques minutes à pied des commerces, et une très jolie vue depuis la piscine et le restaurant de l’hôtel. Le personnel est souriant et aux petits soins. Un petit supermarché se trouve directement au rez-de-chaussée de l’immeuble et reste ouvert très tard, ce qui est vraiment très pratique. L’hôtel propose également un service de navette pour l’aéroport à un prix très raisonnable.

Le seul petit point à améliorer est l’insonorisation des couloirs. On n’entend pas les chambres voisines, mais les clients bruyants dans les parties communes. Une petite note invitant à la discrétion dans l’ascenseur et les couloirs serait appréciée.
