"Bad and filthy hotel, will ruin your clothes"

The room was fine

Poor wifi connection, slow elevators that smell terrible, awkward pool setup that gets no sun and doesn’t have space for lounging, and the breakfast had dirty plates they tried to pass off as being clean. Worst of all, I used their laundry service and they damaged two pieces of clothing, and refused to take any responsibility. Vidal, the assistant manager, was terrible to deal with. He admitted they caused the damage but said that they would not provide a resolution because the clothes were “too expensive.” This is genuinely a terrible place to stay for how much it costs.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The food in the Sky Bar is amazing, and watching the sunset from the terrace was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience—absolutely the most beautiful sunset of my life. Highly recommended!
