The location was alright though slightly hidden, it was near quite a number of shops.

The floor was dirty and we had to ask the staff to clean it (which they did). The taps had low water pressure and were rusty as well, which was unexpected for a new place. There weren't any restaurants/spas available on site and the reception was not always manned during the so called opening hours.

Location was decent

The toilet flush didn't work, the bathroom was leaky and wet all the time, the bed was broken on the sides, the towel had blood stains. Horrible place.

The staff are nice and helpful.

The room was dirty. Surfaces had not been wiped. Floor was putrid. Internet didn't work. Electricity went on and off and on and off... No water in shower.
