Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay

Beautiful hotel, stunning location by the beach, wonderful pool. The stuff is super nice & kind!!

The quality of the breakfast could be better

The beach was beautiful and close by . The spa was truly wonderful .

The garden pool Cabanas had some bees so it was hard to sit outside . I prefer the ocean cabanas .

I like room sea view .

The hotel and facilities are great and the people working in the hotel are exceptionally helpful and friendly. We will come back.

The sea at the very close by beach isa bit boring. No waves higher than 20 cm and it takes a walk of 100 m, before you reach 80 cm deap water. It is absolutetly great for small children.

I had such a relaxing and memorable stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay. The location is beautiful, with peaceful surroundings that made it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a slower pace. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality really made a difference and added so much to the overall experience. I stayed in the Ocean View Pool Villa, and the view from the living room overlooking the private pool and the ocean was absolutely amazing. It was easily one of the most memorable parts of my stay and made the whole experience feel extra special. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, and I especially loved spending time by the pool and enjoying the calm atmosphere around the hotel. Everything felt well taken care of, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bintan. I’d love to come back again in the future. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

There was a smell in the room but it was quickly resolved after I reported it.

Last year I went Four Point Bintan twice. First was on 2-4 August 2025 as my hubby and I wanted to check out your new resort so that I could bring my children back in December for their short holiday and also to celebrate our 28th Wedding Anniversary. During August trip we stayed 2 nights and halfway thru the night the aircon wasn’t cold at all it was warm and even after we adjusted it was cool but turn warm again so our first night was tired and moreover the pillow was too flat. So my hubby and I had a struggling night to sleep. Then came our 2nd trip in December 21-24 December (we book 2 rooms). This time round we thought to give this hotel another try but to our disappointment the aircon had problem for 2 nights. The maintenance came and said the filter was dirty so they clean up but 2nd night again the aircon wasn’t working well and the maintenance came at 11pm to service it again. Also the toilet had a bad smell like a dead rat after we came back from swimming. So we had to call the maintenance service again. They said pipe leaking. Not sure from where as we didn’t see any water leakage but the smell was very bad. Then came another disappointment. Prior to our bookings my hubby did indicate is our anniversary on 22 December and asking if they could make up special room like folding the towels like Swan or heart shape flower petals. Nothing happen. Also we were given room with handicap toilet. With shower curtain and handrail bar with a sliding door. The whole mood was down. My hubby was totally disappointed as he was suppose to give me a surprise. It was a disappointing anniversary for us with so much hassle with the maintenance.
