"Simply the best!"

I love everything about the place- the large luxurious room, amazing staff and wonderful breakfast. I couldn’t rave about the staff enough. They really made my stay from great to exceptional. They are so prompt and thoughtful. Right on the first day, our luggages were delayed and we were really worried about them. The concierge just took care of the issue, kept us updated, retrieve them for us and before we know it, the luggages were in our room. When we mentioned that we got sunburnt from our snorkelling trip, the staff prepared aloe vera and coconut drink for us. We even have our very own butler on WhatsApp so we can ask her questions or request for a buggy with ease. The breakfast is just amazing. We get a great selection from the a la carte menu, there is also buffet items to choose from. The plating is just so delightful, like a piece of art. On days we were too lazy to leave the room, we ordered room service and the prices aren’t crazy expensive. Not only does the food look good, the prices are not too over the top. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hospitality we experienced here is really a notch above any hotel or resort we have stayed at before.

Even though there is a private beach, you can’t really swim in it as it is rocky. We did try to snorkel at the hotel’s pier. It was not too bad. We saw some fish.

The hotel is quite new with very nice rooms. They offer a variety of food options at the hotel and the staff is great, offering a personalized luxory service.

Extremely overpriced tours offered at the hotel (some prices did not make sense)
