"Good but still a long way of being 5 star"

The rooms look like no expense has been spared. The facility are excellent.

Still some teething problems which need to be sorted. The air cons turning on and off at night. No coffee machine in the room. Kids club is too small. Basic training improved ie room service couldn’t tell difference between red and white wine on the phone. When a family books two rooms with small children they should automatically be connecting.
