Staff were friendly, great amenities,very clean, good value for money.

The staff were super accommodating and always tried to help where they could. The breakfast was great. Tasty, varied and cooked fresh. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was great.

The rooms are not very sound proof. You'll hear alarms, interior doors closing/slamming, and people chatting. It's not so bad during the day but at night, if your neighbours are inconsiderate, you will likely have trouble getting to sleep. Despite this, I would stay here again. .

Location is prime. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable. Gym requires equipment maintenance as well as the pool and deck area.

dishes and rubbish was left around the hotel for entire day or longer.. fridge was completely useless so if if you have medication that is required to be any less than room temperature avoid. had a bath in the room that we couldn't use because filling it up with slightly warm water was pointless. we had a blocked drain I reported and was responded to because the shower flooded the bathroom. but the fridge they didn't care to worry about even tho I complained. we had a suite, the furnishing were modern and stylish a pod coffee maker and kettle which was nice.. the fridge and water temperature was the biggest let down. also I'm sure they would have done something about the dishes or rubbish around the hotel if I complained but its just not my job to let then know to keep their premises clean.

Staff friendly but pool area needs a tidy up

Location is great and the staff are all friendly and helpful

My sheets were stained with a watermark under the pillows and some random little black spots. Comfy bed and pillows otherwise. There was also a musty smell in the room but I was only transiting (headed to Ubud the next day) and needed somewhere after a late flight arrival.
