Hotel position is ok, since you have everyting walking distance, from the beach to shoping areas. The only positive was the bed—it was incredibly comfortable, with clean sheets and soft pillows that made for a good night’s sleep.

The room was shockingly dirty. The bathroom sink and shower tray were damaged, and the floor was so filthy it had turned black. Even though I left a note and a tip of 50,000 IDR for the cleaner, the floor was never properly cleaned—just slightly improved. The problem wasn’t only in the room: throughout the entire hotel complex, the floors were dirty, stained, and sticky, which was truly disgusting. The dining area tables were also left dirty and sticky, and when I checked the pool in the morning, the water was cloudy and full of debris like dead skin.

This is my second stay at Luminor and it didn't disappoint.

Το ξενοδοχείο δεν είναι αυτό που φαίνεται, αν ψάχνετε κάτι φθηνό είναι οκ, προβλήματα με την καθαριότητα σε σεντόνια και μπάνιο, παλιές πετσέτες μπάνιου!! Όχι καλής ποιότητας σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο. Το πρωινό όχι international, δύσκολα φάγαμε κάτι!! Μεγάλο θέμα με την καθαριότητα κάτω του μετρίου, δεν θα ξαναπηγαινα.

I didn't like the fact that there was no refrigerator in the room. I had to get staff to put my medication in the bar area in their refrigerator. There were no railings or anything to hold onto when getting in or out of the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was a bit small. The bedside table on my side was so tiny. I like to unpack my suitcase when on holiday but there were no drawers and not many clothes hangers. There was always warm water for showers no matter when you wanted one. My husband definitely appreciated the fact that the hotel had lifts.
