IT IS A FAKE HOTEL IT IS ACTUALLY A HOMESTAY!!! Not clean many insects stuff is thrown away everywhere, no available reception he asks you to message him because it is actually a homestay not a hotel it's a scam! He charged me with 3% extra fee even though Booking says the charge included everything. Noise from street and neighbors Dirty kitchen tools no microwave. Few kitchen tools and he's not helpful if you ask for some more like a small teapot. Smells bad. Another major FAKE advertisement it's a STUDIO not a one bedroom apartment as they claim. Slow internet that's maybe the least of their problems. No ventilation in bathroom just a single AC. It's open no seating area in the front you basically stuck in street waiting for everything. The Gym is a fckn joke and they hang their clothes over the machines! AND IT HAS LOW CEILING you cant exercise without hitting your head to the ceiling! Terrible but the worst is the FAKE ADVERTISEMENT, I'M ASKING BOOKING TO INVESTIGATE THEM and remove their property until changing it to homestay not a hotel and it's a studio not a one bedroom apartment.

We stayed in one of the villas and it was gorgeous. The dark wood, the bath by the window overlooking the town and surrounding mountains, the decor, the water pressure and temperature, the open layout… The exterior is full of plants — Green Villa is an apt name! — and walking throughout the resort is enchanting. The pool on the roof is perfect for a quick, refreshing dip — not to mention the view! Chau was a kind, helpful, thoughtful and welcoming host. We originally booked for one night and stayed for four! It’s an easy walk to the town centre but in a quieter area, which was perfect for us.

Massive rooms, really comfy bed, good breakfast and good location! Staff were really helpful too

Pool was a bit small with no sunbeds and gym was full of great equipment but no space at all to move around

Everything, it was calm, view was beautiful and host is available when you need it ! I really enjoy my time and recommend this villa

15 minutes away from city

The hotel was decorated beautifully and was very clean. The rooms were large and the bathroom with the view was amazing. Balconies were also a nice touch. Comfy beds and beautiful bathroom. Close to HK bus station.

The hotel advertises a bar and a restaurant but this is not true. The "restaurant" is just the breakfast area and we skipped breakfast after day 1 (it really wasn't great). The receptionist offered to get us some coffees and water to make up for the misadvertisement of the restaurant and bar. Unfortunately the electricity was gone for most of the second day. This was annoying as we couldn't charge our phones, use AC, or WiFi but we understand it isnt the hotel's fault. There was a bit of an incident aound having to pay in cash due to WiFi being gone, no one informing us, and no ATMs in walking distance. However, after discussing this further, the hotel offered a 10% discount. Overall, the views are great but it is a bit outside the town. Over priced because of the views. Stay close to the centre and just go for lunch at a cafe with views.

Warm welcome, really nice room, lots of lovely plants all over the hotel making it feel really serene and natural.

The shower was overly complicated with little water-pressure. It was difficult to get enough hot water to fill the bath, and the bathtub itself was facing the back of the neighbouring buildings rather than overlooking the views of the mountains.
