The Ocean Suites

가족동반 여행으로 미성년 아이들 6명 포함 4가족여행을 갔습니다. 여행 전부터 우리 파트너인 lily, Lisa, vince 덕분에 계획 준비하는것도 수월했고, 머무는 내내 불편하거나 부족한거 없이 편안히 지내다가 왔네요^^! 거실도 넓어 아이들 놀기 부족하지않았어요 위생상태도 청결했고 요청사항이나 궁금한거는 계속 카톡으로 소통하는데 응답도 아주아주 빨라서 좋았네요^^!

The staff are friendly, attentive, and very responsive. They created a WhatsApp group chat to share all the necessary information after we booked the hotel and arranged our pick-up. This made our trip enjoyable, although it would have been perfect if there had been a bathtub. The hotel is a bit distant from everything, but it offers a peaceful atmosphere, and the NEP restaurant serves excellent food.

가족 5명이 함께 사용하기에 쾌적한 시설과 훌륭한 환경이였습니다. 시설은 좀 낡았지만 관리상태는 좋은편이며, 체크인과 아웃은 개별 빌라에 직원이 방문하여 처리해줘서 편리했습니다. 소통은 SNS(카카오톡) 처리 했습니다.

숙소도 굉장히 청결하고 묵는데 너무 조ㅗ았어요. 개인 풀장도 좋았습니다.

숙소는 조용하고 아이들이 수영하고 놀기에 적합했습니다. 그리고 필요하거나 요청이 있는 경우 실시간으로 소통할 수 있어서 너무 편리했습니다. 특히 각 빌라마다 배정되는 매니저가 있어서 해변을 가거나 수영장으로 버기를 태워주거나, 숙소에서 체크인/아웃 가능했습니다. 특히 저희 매니저 Jenny가 많은 도움을 줘 너무 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 매니저 지정이 가능한지는 모르겠으나 지정된다면 jenny 추천합니다.

All the staffs are wonderful! We had a great time and will definitely coming back , loved working with Vince , Lily and Lisa ❤️! Thank you very much for your hospitality! Ha

Our time at the Villa was super fun. We spent time at the beach, pool, and restaurant. The staff welcome us on the first day was attentive and friendly. The staff came to make breakfast for us was great, great food, they helped me to celebrate my daughter birthday by ordering a beautiful cake and it was perfect. I would stay here again and would recommend it to other travelers.

The house is clean. Housekeeping is good and service team is very helpful. Especially Lisa who always quickly responses to our requests no matter before and during our stay. We have spent our holiday there for 7 days, we all have a great time.
