The Ocean Suites

The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. Any issues were sorted right away. They helped with early check in and late check out. Having breakfast cooked in room is very helpful with young children. The pools at the resort were lovely.

The apartment smelled bad before i checked in and they tried to mask it with a diffuser. However they did get a handyman in to fix it right away. Its far from other things but you can get things easily delivered with Grab.

The property was clean, relaxing and well kept. Jenny took care of us from the time we check in to the time we check out. Highly recommended.

14 members of the Mori family stayed with us from April 1st to 4th. I apologize for the inconvenience I caused you from the time of check-in on April 1st, but Lily helped us out in many ways and we had a fun trip until the last day. All 14 of us would like to stay at Ocean Suites again the next time we go to Da Nang. We would like to ask Lily for help then as well. We hope that this opportunity will be the catalyst for our continued support in the future.

넓고 깨끗한 숙소였습니다. 그랩이 빌라 앞까지 올수있어서 편리해요. 체크인,아웃 모두 빌라에서 진행되어 편했습니다. 전담 매니저를 통해 관리되어 불편함없이 이용할수있었습니다. Lisa, Jenny, Tonny 도와주셔서 감사합니다. 해변도 넓고 깨끗해요. 기회가 되면 다음에도 이용하겠습니다.

Property was great, room was spacious and the cleaning staff did a great job. Lily, who checked us in and out, was also great and answered our questions about the area and Da Nang. Beach was beautiful and kept clean of garbage. Only minor criticism was that the pools aren't heated so it wasn't ideal swimming for the cooler days, but not a big deal.

근처 골프장과 남호이안과 미케비치 중간 정도의 위치로 어디든 이동하기 편한 숙소. 청결하고 분위기 좋고 조식도 BEST!!
