The Ocean Suites

3박4일동안 지냈는데 정말 편하게 지내다갑니다! 주변 풍경도 정말 이쁘고 한시장이랑 호이안 미케비치등등 왔다갔다하기 편했어요 숙소도 엄청크고 방마다 욕실이 하나씩있는거도 좋았고 수영장도 커서 매일 수영했던거같네요! 무엇보다 언제든지 연락하면 친절하게 답변해주고 도와줬던 리사와 토니 고마워요! 다음에도 다낭에 가면 숙소는 여기로 올거같아요!

Our team, Jenny and Lisa were wonderful!! They were always quick to answer our questions and help us get situated into da nang. We highly recommend staying here, all the staff that came in was also really quick at their job and very nice.

Some of the rooms/hallways gets a bit warm but nothing we can do because of the layout and how the electric wiring but all the AC areas are well ventilated and good temperature.

후기가 좋아서 선택했습니다. 후기만큼 좋을 거라고 생각했지만, 생각보다 훨씬 좋았어요. 1. 친절한 직원 서비스. 특히 thanks to lily and lily's team ☺️ 실시간 카카오톡 소통이 가능한 점. (영어사용) 2. 쾌적한 조식 뷰 자연스럽게 아침 산책이 가능합니다. 3. 프라이빗 풀 생각했던 것보다 커서 좋았습니다. 리조트 안에 메인 수영장도 있지만 프라이빗풀에서만 즐겨도 충분했습니다. 아침에 풀에 떨어진 잎들도 직원들이 건져주더라구요. 4. 조용함 이용 연령대가 다소 높은 편이고 가족단위가 많아 그런지 조용한 편입니다. 시설이 오래되어 보이긴 했습니다. 곳곳에 녹슨 흔적 등이 있었지만, 이 가격에 이런 친절한 서비스 그리고 프라이빗한 휴양을 즐기는 것에 이미 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 부모님을 모시고 오려구요.

Omg… it was fantastic experience … lisa was super nice and she was my god who help me all the time in stay resort. Bike, gym, tour. Trust me. Best resort and best hospitality. 👍

The Ocean Suites is a great facility with all the amenities of a resort with the convenience of an apartment or villa. The staff make the experience 5 stars with Jenny, Lisa and the team reach out via WhatsApp to check you have every thing you need. The Nep restaurant has a wide selection and good service. And is convenient for both the pool and beach. The property is 20 minutes by taxi to either Hoi An or Da Nang shops, right opposite the golf course so factor in time and distance when considering your options. Perfect to get away from the bustle of city and perfect if you are comfortable with Grab or a driver to get around.

Great place to stay, very clean and tidy and great decor

We had to shift villas due to non-availability and non-responsiveness of the host initially. We asked for Vegan breakfast options, however, were provided with egg-based pancakes and cakes. The chef/host was quick to offer alternate options.

The team had taken good care of us, and responded promptly. And the suites got a beautiful and quiet enviornment. Thank you Lisa, Lily and Vince for their sincere support throughout our stay.

今回はタワーBに宿泊しました。 担当いただいた、Lisaさん、Lilyさん、Jennyさん、ありがとうございました。 頼んだ事やお願いも嫌な顔をせず、直ぐに対応いただき、感謝しております。 部屋も綺麗でお風呂の水圧も良く、満足しております。 また、毎朝ご飯を作っていただいた皆さん、掃除に来てくれた皆さん本当にありがとうございました。

The staff were outstanding, especially Lily, Vince and Lisa. A short text message to them and they arrive in 10 minutes to pick you up in an extended golf cart. And whisk you off to wherever destination you want to go within the resort. The food at the restaurant The Nep was wonderful for the breakfast buffet. A large assortment of breakfast food and so many different types of fresh fruits. But honestly lunch and dinner was just ok and I can't recommend it. A simple beef burger was consistently over cooked and very dry. And their Pho beef noodle soup was disappointing. A great option: We discovered the resort next to us, a short walk down the beach named "Fusion" is wonderful. They have a beautiful restaurant on the beach called "Char Grill" with very nice atmosphere. And offer indoor or outdoor dining, outdoors offers tables steps away from the beach and the crashing waves. And they use wood burning grills. The scent of smoke fills the air. And the steak is yummy. And for kids they also make an outstanding wood fired pizza. For lunch they offer another restaurant called "Fresh" that has a wide assortment of Vietnamese and Western food. There isn't much to see outside of the resort and you definitely need a car. I highly recommend a terrific local driver named Bryan at Bryan Travel Service that can suggest activities and places to visit eg., Hoi An and nearby Marble Mountain.
