한국인인 저로서는 카톡으로 세세하고 빠르게 응대해주었던 호스트분들에게 정말 감사함을 느꼈습니다. Lisa와 Jenny라는 호스트들이 정말 민첩하게 대응을 해주었고, 불편함도 빨리 처리해주고 정말 그 어떤 숙소보다 만족감이 좋았던 곳입니다. 빨래도 할 수 있어서 물놀이하는데에도 편리했구요. 주변이 모두 고급리조트 지역이라 정말 고급 호캉스 느끼고 왔습니다.

건물과 단지 자체에 연식은 좀 있는 편이나, 워낙 관리도 잘되고 청소도 잘되어 있어서 불편하다고 생각되지 않음. 직원들도 모두 친절하고 영어 대화도 수월했음. 여행의 모든 일정을 담당 매니저(리사, 빈스 등)와 소통하며 마치 개인 비서처럼 서포트를 해주어 숙소 시설 외의 가이드 면에서도 아주 훌륭한 점수를 줄 수 있음. 특히 본 숙박기간 동안 서포트 해준 Vince! 태풍과 비바람에도 언제나 웃는 모습으로 친절하게 서포트 해준 모습이 매우 인상적이었음. 다낭에 다시 여행을 오게 되면 다시 방문할 의사 있음.

This resort is in a beautiful location. Our hosts, Lisa and Tony, took great care of us. They were responsive whenever we needed something. We had a fantastic experience there.

We stayed at the Ocean Suites Premium Villa with 4 bedrooms. All the staff was very responsive to all of our inquiries and always very helpful. Our location was very clean and well maintained. Our whole family of 6 adults and 3 children enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this to family and friends if they were going to Da Nang. It is very easy to use Grab to get places. Our location was very quiet and peaceful. We loved having a large private pool. Thank you so much for a terrific holiday.
