AUGreat location, close to shops and the excellent Three Sisters cafe. From the upstairs dining room there are beautiful views of the mountains and rice fields. Lovely, friendly staff. Unlimited drinking water was sustainably provided. At this price, a fridge in the room was a real bonus. However, I'd never stay again - see.negatives.
The facade of my room was nearly 2/3.glass (see photo), so I felt exposed with little privacy. The pool was very dirty and the breakfast/courtyard area was messy and dirty. Free breakfast didn't include tea or coffee which i think is just plain stingy. I booked a tour with the family and was told it included a viewpoint, a waterfall and kayaking from a floating cafe. However, at the cafe i was told there was an extra 300,000 vnd fee for kayaking. The toiletries were packaged very unsustainably.

ILהצוות היה מדהים אכפתי עזרו לנו בכל דבר באמת רק בזכותם נשארנו במקום הזה סידרו לנו הסעה לטיול יום לכל מה שיש לעשות במאי צאו הם היו באמת 10/10 היה נוח להשכיר מהם גם אופניים במצב ממש טוב
היה מלא נמלים בחדר בלי הפסקה ושממיות גם כשהן ניקו והוציאו אותם הם חזרו כל פעם זה לא היה מה שציפינו לקבל זה היה דיי רחוק מכל דבר בבריכה לא הייתה במצב טוב שניתן להיכנס אליה
CHThe location is great, next to town but still quiet and right next to some lush rice fields. I took a bicycle out 2 days which was just perfect. The bikes are also in great condition.
The property was clean and had everything one needed. The family was very kind and helped with everything I needed. Breakfast was great too!! The only negative would be that the filter in the shower was quite dirty. Its all in all a great place to stay, I‘d definitely stay here again
