Room smelled like cigarettes
DEClean, enough space in the room, fridge, AC & fan worked properly, curtains kept out sun
Staff/ hotel owner/ contact person was not really present/ hard to reach, sink was spilling water, so whenever you washed your hands you also had wet feet, either you closed curtains completely (no sun -> need of light switched on) or everyone could see completely into your room
