The only good thing is location close to amenities.

This is the first hotel that required you to paid for all stay in advanced at the time of check-in without letting you know before booking. I have an emergency I have to leave early they will not refund part of your stay. They need a Vietnamese bank account in order to process any refund which I do not have since I came from the U.S. I paid for cash up front but they will not refund you with cash. So becareful about your payment in advanced and have a Vietnamese bank account if you ever run into such situation. There are plenty of place to stay in Pleiku, I would definitely stay away from this hotel.
