The staff at the buffet breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful even though we were a bit late, they provide excellent service, very plausible and the hotel should be proud for such dedicated staff.

Location

The hotel is outdated and dirty. Our bathroom was dirty, all the towels was nit up to standard the phone didn't work nor tge TV and the bathroom mat was covered in dirt then we moved to another room same issues and in bathroom no shower door 😲🙈

It was a great value and staffs (breakfast buffet) was extremely helpful and nice.

Unfortunately, the front desk staffs was not very helpful nor knowledgeable when an issue arise they needed to called or check with other staff members each time it was frustrating to watch and wait. The room lacks cleanliness, phone doesn't work, no safe to stored our important belongings, bathroom is filthy and what with the dirty bathroom mat...we changed room and same exact problems and tge 2nd time no shower door 🤦
