Adorable receptionist, comfortable and quiet room

There is 1 smallish pool rather than 3 as advertised by booking.com, Issues with maintenance i.e. tv set, bicycle not working properly. Are 4star justified- disputable.

Wonderful views,Great location, top room with balcony and carpet ,so no furniture draggers!Most of all ,the wonderful friendly girls who keep the place tip top.....bravo....

Extremely friendly staff, amazing location, great views, clean and quiet. The bicycles were a nice touch and you really felt at home straight away.

WiFi speeds weren't great and the rooms need optimising for working online - but the beautiful views make up for it! The mattress was a bit hard.

The location is great. The view of the rice fields is stunning. Nice and quiet, I slept with the balcony doors open and listen to the frogs at night and birds in the morning! The breakfast was delicious and fresh. It was great to use the free bicycles. Cozy family-like feel. I will stay here again!

The carpets in the rooms. Cause they were not clean.

The experience was truly delightful, offering exceptional value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, adding a warm and welcoming touch to our stay. Moreover, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the WIFI was good and the view from our room was stunning. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and we’ll definitely come back.

Hopefully next time when we visit, there will be more bicycles available. We were looking forward to exploring the place on bicycles, but unfortunately most of the time they were already taken. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Good villa in Hoi An with good air, comfortable bed .Enjoy the breath of nature and rice field. All the staff is super attentive and helpful. Owner are friendly and ready for 24/7 service. Highly recommend.
