I recommend this hotel.

Although I booked to stay at this hotel, we were unable to travel due to adverse weather issues in the uk. A red emergency warning had been issued by the weather agencies. As a result of this our flight was cancelled at 6 hours notice. I contacted my agent 16 hours before we were due to check in to inform them of our issue. I had paid a cancellation fee which with most bookings finish 48 hrs before you arrive. The response I had from them was sorry but basically we can’t do anything. My opinion was they did not want to try and help firstly with a refund and secondly move the stay to another date. This is not what you’d expect from a premium hotel in Porto. So my message to you is be careful of this situation happening to you as this hotel didn’t give us a second thought with our situation. So to the manager enjoy our monies paid for accommodation, breakfast and the upgrade paid for. A second attempt to get some sort of help from the property met the same prompt response of nothing.

Although the room we stayed at was at the building with no elevator, everything was clean and comfortable. Close to major attractions. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Hidden gem in the centre of Porto. Lovely boutique hotel in a great location within walking distance of everything Porto has to offer. Friendly reception staff. Continental breakfast is simple but good quality - breakfast room is small but you book a time slot so you can always get a table. We had one of the studios suites which was bright, attractive and very well equipped. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location in Porto, 5 minute walk from Aliados Metro station. All the staff make an effort to make your stay wonderful. Breakfast is very good too. Studio apartment we stayed in was perfect for our needs (sleeping). Quiet at night and very well soundproofed. Be aware there is building going on nextdoor but it never stopped us getting a good night's sleep as the work didn't start until 0800ish.

Wonderful place to stay. Room was amazing and bright. Staff was very helpful and friendly, gave some great food suggestions. Perfect area to stay. Highly recommend.

This hotel is centrally located in the beautiful city of Porto. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Attractive room, entire hotel with good decor. Location was a good base for walking around Porto. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Carr they arranged to the train station was pricy, but comfortable.

Good hotel in the heart of city. we stayed in the studio and it was large and comfortable with a nice balcony. The front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. They had a wierd rule about only 2 tea bags and coffee pods per day and 2$ extra charge per tea bag/coffee pod. We have stayed at many hotels and have never seen such a strange charge for extra tea/coffee.
