Las instalaciones estaban bien y el personal muy amable. Un detalle la botella de agua grande cada dia y el café e infusiones en la habitación.

Olía mal en el pasillo de la habitación y en el desayuno las cosas se acababan y eran muy lentos reponiendolas.Se veía que era gente nueva y con poca experiencia. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas deberían tener zumo de Naranja Natural.

"Een mooi en warm hotel om Porto te ontdekken."

Goede locatie om Porto te ontdekken. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een heel mooie inrichting van het hotel zelf en van onze kamer. Warm en gezellig licht. Goed ontbijt, gevarieerde keuzes.

In de gang van de verdieping waarop onze kamer gelegen was hing wel een onaangename geur van riolering. Dit bleef elke dag zo, was niet eenmalig. We kregen de airco in onze kamer niet in werking, het was gemiddeld 23 graden tijdens onze nachten in de kamer. Toen we op zaterdag op de patio van het hotel wilden ontspannen, bleek dat deze verhuurd was voor een boekvoorstelling waardoor er nergens plek was voor hotelgasten om te hangen of ontspannen.
