The Editory Garden Porto Hotel

I was really quite.

A/C didn't work properly. Poor breakfast, like 3star hotel. Bed was small in the prestige room only 150sm wide. They forgot to put duvet in the room, it took me to ask them 3 times to make it. And they can't do separate duvets, they don't have them. Regular rooms are quite small, so good for 1 night, but no more.

Ruhig gelegen, doch das Zentrum und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Not happy with room allocated as was small with side door onto balcony overlooking flats and a washing line. No window so gloomy. Balcony was bare with 2 chairs and no table, so not an attractive place to sit. Staff arranged an alternative room for next 2 days which although no balcony, was much better.

The hotel very nice with a lovely garden and nice rooms. Staff excellent especially Manuel and Gustavo which helped us alot.

There was no chairs in our room and asked for 2 chairs but only one was provided. The breakfast was good but hot items were always cold presented. Location a little bit uphill when returning back but not far either to the center.

Breakfast adequate for our purposes although it has to be noted that staff were slow in replacing food/drinks that had ran out....e.g. orange juice / milk / tea bags / hot food,

Staff needed to up their game and be aware of items running out at breakfast
