zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, kamer was vroeger beschikbaar dan inchecktijd, goed ontbijt, op 20cm wandelen van het centrum, goede bedden, mooie accommodatie

The hotel and facilities, contemporary styling and helpful staff were all excellent, as was the breakfast. We were able to walk into the city and to the waterside along beautiful streets in about 20-30 leisurely minutes.

We booked a twin room but were told on arrival that only a double bed was available in the room - not ideal for a father and adult daughter travelling together ! So we had to take a second room at additional cost. The only issue with the room was a bad smell from the AC that lasted an hour or so during the day. It was reported and quickly resolved.

Location was fine as we didn't want to stay right in the centre (so it was quieter) but it was a bit hilly to get back to the hotel. Expected in Porto. Hotel was clean & bedroom plenty big enough for a couple. We didn't have breakfast as prefer to eat elsewhere.

The tea/coffee facilities were a bit lacking. We had to ask for milk (why can't they provide sachets of milk like other hotels but they said they couldn't provide milk in the room for 'sanitary' reasons). Also we had to ask repeatedly for English breakfast tea bags. Plus no decent English speaking stations on the TV.

Fijne kamer, goed ontbijt, mooie lounge

Really good hotel . Very comfortable and an excellent breakfast.

A 20 25 minute walk from the sights in Porto.
