Excellent stay. Excellent staff All around! Prettiest hotel I have ever been!

The hotel is an amazing place. The welcome we had from the staff at the front desk was exceptional. The intro to the hotel and facilities was great. Welcome drink on one of the terraces (we chose which one) was lovely overlooking the pool! The room we had was fabulous, we were upgraded on arrival which was lovely. The food in the restaurant was particularly good, we ate there for both of our two night stay. The decor around the hotel is fantastic. Very different, but amazing to see. We absolutely loved the hotel and staff and will definitely come back.

Room was not as described on Booking.com website. Did not have garden view. Staff need training; not all five star standard. Over-priced (could have been because we stayed on Valentine's Day. Decoration of the hotel is very unusual (not too our taste. Service in restaurant very slow.

What a treat to stay at this stunning hotel! We will definitely be back!

Absolute perfection. Gorgeous hotel, remarkable staff, excellence in every way. Breakfasts are incredibly generous and delicious, decor is beyond beautiful. Can't wait to return.

wish our room had a bidet. Bathroom was enormous and gorgeous.
