INMr Brian the villa manager is a great guy. Very customer centric and always ready to help.
Requires strong pest control - cleaning / spray to keep insects /crabs and small grass snake type insects etc away mainly in villa area near private pool in villas which is open and exposed. May even enter rooms if open.
USThe rooms layout was exceptional and nicely furnished. The staff was utmost professional and alway go out of their to accommodate the guest. The management ( Brian) alway stays on top of everything and we are very appreciative of his attentiveness. We will certain consider coming back next year.

Lack of attention to details. Safe was not working, shower was leaking, ironing board unstable. Personalised message on tv was addressed to prior occupants. Toilets in the living room area but no towels to dry hands. Villa for 4 people but only 2 plates. Only 2 loungers. No rack to dry swimming costumes. Roof terrace lacked table, chairs or loungers. I am nitpicking but when you pay for luxury you expect perfection. Complimentary afternoon buffet was very pleasant.

DEEverything , the location , the personel , especially our Daniel was extremelly helpful, kind and caring. The inhouse Thai restaurant was exceptional and i am very strongly recommend it. The only dark point, is that during our stay there was a wedding taking place, of which we were not informed. There was a huge tent in the middle of the beach infront of the main restaurant and on Saturday night 2 out of 3 location were closed due to the event. I would have opted to be informed before hand from the reservation departent since in case there was a constant communication flow.

GBVery easy, we were greated with a VIP checkin in a seperate area to the main reception with welcome drinks, just perfect after a long flight. The 2 bed villa was superbly set up for a family of four and the we were very well looked after on a daily basis by the team. Vinny made himself known to us on day one and he could not have done enough for us during the full stay, he and the team were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Id highly recommend this hotel for its location to the beautiful beach, the hotel facilities and for the ease of gettingh in and out of Hoi An town

CHWhen we arrived, we have had a warm welcome from Brian, the Villas manager who upgraded us from a 2-bedroom villa with a garden view to a 3-bedroom villa with ocean view ! Brian look after us throughout our stay. The villa was spacious and incredibly comfortable. The staff was very polite and made everthing they can to make our stay an unforgettable experience. We definitely would love to go back in this great property.
