Big home and enough space for 3 families to be comfortable. Loved the kitchen in the back with a big table for all 10 of us to sit together for supper. Washing machine and dishwasher were perfect. Beds were comfortable.

Host arrived over 30 minutes late to hand us the keys even though we had sent them a message ahead of time, as had been asked. We were asked to send our passport pictures via Whatsapp to check-in. I found this strange (privacy issue). Later found out that this is not legal in Portugal by other hosts. Our comforter was dirty. Host was not responsive to requests to: come fix the hot/cold/on/off shower handle that was missing, main TV not connecting, air conditioner in one of the rooms that could not be turned off and the alarm beeping in the garage that stayed on during our whole stay. We reached out to the host several times. Tried their suggestions. Nothing worked but they did not send anyone. Basically, we got thanked for sending them the messages and got told that everything would be fixed once we left. Sent complaint to Booking.com. Have not heard from anyone since then regarding our complaint.
