Kleines, feines Boutique Hotel, in dem der Gast König ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt: schönes Zimmer, sehr, sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück und sehr schöne kleine Aufmerksamkeiten. Sehr zu empfehlen!

La location è veramente ottima e la camera grande e tenuta bene. Un bel posto in pieno centro

Abbiamo chiesto la colazione da portare via perchè partivamo presto al mattino e devo dire che quanto ci hanno fornito era davvero poco e non di buona qualità. Il check in è stato sbrigativo e sinceramente un po distaccato rispetto agli standard che abbiamo trovato in Portogallo

The decor is luxurious, the beds weee comfortable and the location is perfect. Its very close to the action but super quiet so we had a great nights sleep. The staff couldnt have been more friendly!

Very poor feed of hot water to the shower Room layout is poor. No full size mirror. Bathroom doesn’t have enough storage space. Breakfast wast very average.

Staff serving breakfast

I booked 3 nights here after seeing a lot of good reviews online and recommendations for boutique hotels in the area. This ended up being a bad experience. Check-in itself was smooth, but the moment I opened the bathroom door there was a very strong sewage smell coming from the shower drain. It was extremely noticeable and honestly concerning. The bedsheets also had a strong laundry detergent smell. Looking back, it almost felt like they were trying to mask the sewage odor. Another issue was the lack of proper air conditioning. The room only seemed to have basic air circulation rather than actual A/C. During check-in, the staff member even told me not to change the settings because it affected the whole building. The room stayed around 23.5°C the entire time, and even after lowering the thermostat to 18°C, the room never cooled down. I had to keep both windows open just to get some airflow. No support from the hotel. Since there’s no dedicated front desk, they provide a general phone number and an emergency SOS number. I called both numbers repeatedly from around 6 PM until 10 AM the next morning using three different phones, including the phone in the room. Nobody answered once. I was trying to report both the sewage smell and the broken shower head, since only the handheld nozzle worked. The only reason I finally got help was because I spoke to the breakfast staff the next morning. She contacted someone internally and told me reception would speak with me at noon. At that point I had already spent around 16 hours dealing with the issues and couldn’t wait any longer because I had plans in Cascais. Eventually someone called the room and said they would send maintenance. By then, we decided to leave and book another hotel instead. The unanswered emergency line was honestly the most concerning part of the experience. I contacted Booking.com support for a refund, but the property only refunded the tourist tax, so I’ll now be pursuing a credit card chargeback.
