"Good room, poor service"

Nice quiet comfortable room and about 10 minutes wall from down town area. Beside a lovely cheap cafe and lots of reasonably priced restaurants. Also 5 min walk from tour bus bus stop. Nice shower, comfortable bed and good kitchen facilities.

We checked in at 4pm as normal however the room hadn't been cleaned. This is very disappointing considering checkout time is 11am and they had 5 hours to get this ready. The cleaners came in 5 minutes after we entered the room so we had to leave. The coffee pods provided did not fit the coffee machine. We contacted staff who asked us to take pictures and s video to prove this which we did. They said they would bring appropriate pods but did not do this. As mentioned checkout isn't until 11 however the cleaners came in at 10:30 without knocking while we were eating our breakfast Apart from the above we had a nice stay but I wouldn't stay here again.

"Exceptional apartment in a busy neighborhood - but totally quiet."

A new favorite we would like to return to as soon as possible. A beautiful apartment in a nice and not touristic area. The apartment had everything and was absolutely quiet, even though it was on a busy street. We will come back!

The bed. Please get a bigger bed. It was too small for two normal people. Very comfy, but too small.

Lovely, stylish, and spacious apartment. Provided amenities, access to washing machine. Open-plan was fantastic. Comfortable and homely apartment. Close to restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Would return!

Overall a generally positive experience, nothing really except that sometimes you can hear the neighbours which we were not too fussed about, we still had a great time!
