The apartment is perfect. New, modern, beautiful,nice decoration and colours, stone wall, high teck locker entrance, self check in, has everything you might need. Hairdryer, shampoo, toilet paper, washing machine, toaster, clothes hanger, broom, big oven, nespresso coffee machine and 2 Capsules. If you're greek or Italian and you dislike the bad coffees they make in Portugal, this can be life-saving. The sofa is good for sleep also. Welcoming wine and biscuits are a pleasure. In the neighborhood: a café with pastel de Natal, beer Bars, kebab, Bus stop, tapas bar, and pingo doce supermarket when you can buy cheap cooked food! Nearest metro station Bolhão,where there's also a big street market.

Some might get annoyed in the morning by the traffic noise and policeman that whistles every morning if Windows are open. I'd like a soft - cozy light in the living room cause all the available lights were too bright to chill. I'd also like it better if there were some thin white curtains. Some might not like that it's in second floor without elevator.

Very difficult to get access to the door code - issue was that the mandatory requirement to pay 2 separate amounts, first being the tariff and seconding being local tax was NOT clearly detailing instructions

The apartment was modern and in a good location. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine - one of the main reason we booked the apartment, was efficient. Be aware that there is no elevator and the building goes to 4th floor.

The apartment was lacking some basic facilities and there are no staff on-site. It had only windows at one end that faced west, so was very hot in the afternoon and the bedroom was hot and confined. There was no air conditioning; they did supply a fan but it made little difference. There were four pillows but only two pillowcases. I messaged a request for two more but they did not bother to even reply. There is no dishwasher, which wasn’t a problem except the kitchen sink had no plug and they didn’t provide a tea towel. The wooden floor was very dirty - unidentifiable dark spots that turned out not be the wood grain - despite their claim that it had been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Finally, the tap in the bathroom was not installed completely and was hard to use. Oh, and be aware that the TV requires an electrical engineering degree to operate! I would not have been so negative if they had communicated better.

Clean, comfortable, secure and accessible

No outside area or windows in the bedroom

The apartment is very clean, bright, and quiet (you can't hear the street noise at all). Also, well-equipped, with everything you need. Great location-everything is in close proximity, including two highly recommended spots: Maria limão lovemade, where you can have a delicious breakfast or lunch and Combi Coffee Roasters (just across the park) with amazing coffee and vibe. The owner is friendly and communicative. Check-in and check-out was nice and easy. Overall-great stay!

The bathroom tap needs some small repair, but it's a minor glitch and wasn't problematic

A really nice apartment in a good location. Lots of space and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Bed was comfortable.

The apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, which made it quite hot at night (it had a small plug-in fan). Also worth noting this apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. Check-in wasn’t a seamless experience, we weren’t able to check in until 4.30pm and so had to leave our bags at the LovelyStay office 15 minutes walk away. When we did return to collect our bags, we were told the apartment might not be clean as they hadn’t been contacted by the cleaners. Luckily however the apartment was clean when we arrived. Other than this small hiccup, we had a great stay here and would recommend.

we liked the lighty clearness of the room and to be on 2nd floor to overlook the street life...and how it was managed by furniture- by colours and good design for this occasion. We felt at our best mood to be inside this ambiance. We liked to have a washing maschine and also to get in by code is perfect- you don´t loose keys and if you go out separate it is easy to enter by different times...we liked also where in the city we had our stay- in center, but somehow outside the big mass tourist spots. We liked all portugese kindness and their helpful mind. Thank you a lot for having supported our PORTO stay in this fine place.
