Location is roomy have plenty storage space. Electrical appliances are good and functioning. Additional fan and heater was available for hot/cold weather. Window facing backyard, so there were little to no noise.

The appliances available at the location were not sufficient as advertised. The salt pepper oil was not enough for 4 days stay. Window view is not the best. The walls connecting to hallway is very thin therefore any incoming/outcoming movement from neighbours in corridor is loud.

The location was excellent, close to everything, good size rooms with plenty of storage. Functional kitchen for meal preparation.

The shower was not clean and had am smell. We had to clean it ourselves. However, we were grateful for the wine and biscuits left for us.

The Location was great - I was in the middle of all tourist attractions and shops, close to Douro river. The apartment was great and clean. The Property Owner left the complementary wine and cookies - was a nice touch. Made me feel welcome!

Bright, clean, spacious, within walking distance to the key sights. Our unit faced an indoor enclosed yard and so was very quiet. All the info was sent in time and our questions were addressed immediately. We loved the self check-in option. In sum, both the unit and service exceeded our expectations. Thank you! Highly recommended.

It might be obvious to others, but we were a bit confused by the way the units were marked. There was first a big number, not mentioned in the instructions, then another number, which we later realised marked the floor, and then a large letter for the actual unit. It did not feel comfortable trying our code on what might have been someone else's door, luckily it was not.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Spotlessly clean,well equipped and very tastefully decorated making it a comfortable base for our stay. We did not cook while there but all kitchen utensils were available including washing up liquid, laundry tab and dishcloths. Shower was great and soap,gels and lotions were provided. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space throughout. The small utility room has a washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying rail. The apartment building is on a busy road but our rear facing room had no traffic noise. Check-in is done by e-mail and unfortunately not straightforward as I had repeated messages saying e-mail and password were incorrect (were actually correct) but eventually managed the process. On arrival the complimentary wine and snacks was much appreciated. Overall this is a fabulous apartment in a great location and I would look forward to returning in future.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and quiet. Great location. Customer service was very good and responsive when i arrived. Very pleased with the experience and highly recommend.

We highly enjoyed our stay at the accommodation. It was very modern, clean and spacious. It also felt very safe and secure. Additionally, the bonus of having a washing machine in the apartment was great.

The only issue we had was, struggling frequently with the electronic door lock at the main entrance. Initially we had to call the host for assistance and then on subsequent entries, we had to try multiple times to get the door to open. Maybe we just have issues with these types of doors.🤷‍♀️

Great location and helpful management company. The apartment overall is comfortable but the bed for an older couple like us isn't practical. ( Low off the floor and limited space around the bed)
