"Lovely spot but not good value for money unless you are fortunate enough to get a room with a view"

Excellent location. Nice breakfast in a very nice room. Friendly and helpful staff

THe room was very small. THe balcony was below street level so we looked at a wall. THe pillows were lumpy. the bed was hard. There were no drawers so nowhere to unpack items that could not be hung up eg underwear.

Stijlvol kleinschalig hotel op super locatie, in het gezellige en historische Alfama! Je stapt het hotel buiten en je staat direct op een super mooie pleintje met prachtig zicht ! Zeer vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt. De kamers zijn niet zo heel groot, maar hoeft voor mij niet, zeker niet tijdens een citytrip. De (historische) tram stopt op nog geen 100m van het hotel. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf!

Interesting hotel situate in historic part of town with great views. Multiple quality breakfast options. Rooms well designed. Staff hospitality excellent and way above expectations when celebrating birthday during stay.

The bedroom had a terrible feet smell and the photos that are used to advertise the hotel are deceiving as they make you believe they have a big terrace with views but it's only the square in front of the hotel. I found the quality of the breakfast very minimal too.
