Great value for money. Location is right beside LX factory and only took us 10 minutes to get into Chiado or Time Out on a scooter and the tram stops right outside the building. Facilities were great and perfect for our remote working stay, we had so much space in a ground floor apartment and it felt soundproof. No issues with bathroom door closing as other reviews have said and shower does not overflow when closed properly. Staff on sight were so helpful and we were able to reach them by WhatsApp immediately :)

Frosted screen on the ground floor window would be great as there are a few people walking by
