El apartamento muy pequeño. El lavabo incomodo y pequeñisimo, sin sitio para dejar un tarro. Se oia muchoPasable el paso de trenes y aviones

A little more cleaning would be great and a more balanced breakfast (more protein) would be appreciated.

Localização

The apartment has an interesting compact design with a utilities block (kitchenette, shower, toilet, boiler, wardrobes etc in a central block in the apartment separating the bedroom area from the living room area - these areas are connected by corridor on each side the utilities block. The design mostly works well except the kitchen area is cramped (see below). There's also a long narrow swimming pool on the 1st floor of the complex! The staff were helpful and friendly with the apartment move and helping me get something back that I left in the apartment. The location is quiet but nothing special but it has the tram outside the door and shops nearby. There is air-con but we didn't need it in early April. Overall, its a good base for exploring Lisbon about half way between the city centre and the south facing seafront on the Tagus.

The first apartment had a leak but they moved us to the next door apartment the next day. The kitchen area was cramped and the mini counter could not be folded out of the way. The living room area needs a proper table if you want to eat and watch TV - we asked for one but they were unable to provide one. The apartment is below the main approach or take off path (depending on wind direction) from Lisbon Airport but with the windows closed at night (when there are few flights anyway), we could not hear the planes. During the day they are quite loud, but not uncomfortably so, and frequent if you are in the apartment with the windows open. Also, our apartment was on the ground floor with the back window opening to the street - once someone tried to look in! So it could not be left open on hot nights. On arrival, late at night, the access instructions were wrong but there was someone on the intercom to help.

Really enjoyed my stay here, fantastic location, great transport links, LX factory like an 10 min walk away, Breakfast came in the morning early and any issues I had were resolved very quickly! All the staff were very helpful especially Pedro!

Location was great! Check-in and check-out were easy.

Our room had a water leak, and the second room we got moved to also had a water leak. Did not receive compensation for this. No luggage storage past 5pm
