Wyposażenie pokoju było zadowalające. Zaskoczeniem była skrzętnie ukryta płyta indukcyjna. Stylistyka pokoi przyciąga wzrok. Wygłuszenie pokoju jest na wysokim poziomie.

Widok z okna nie był zbyt dobry. Ściana z oknami i balkonami drugiego budynku była tuż za jednokierunkowa uliczką.
