We had a great stay at Vila Galé Nep Kids and really enjoyed everything. The pools were clean and fun, the rooms were comfortable and well-kept, and the food had plenty of variety and tasted great. The kids’ activities were fantastic and kept everyone entertained throughout the stay. Overall, a perfect choice for families—we would happily come back!

A sala de refeições no mesmo espaço da recepção muito cheiro a comida na recepção. E aquelas máquinas na revelação que exigem moedas para as crianças um hotel para crianças devia ter tudo incluído no preço

As crianças adoraram o espaço. Havia muitas atividades e divertimento para eles. O Restaurante tem muita oferta de alimentos, para todos os gostos. Quarto temático e confortável.

Durante o almoço a secção para os cafés deveria ser mais agilizada. Como sugestão, se possível, era ter na mesma as máquinas de café self-service e ter um serviço extra que só deixasse tirar os cafés após inserir o número do quarto. Ou então verificar o que se pode fazer e nível de recursos humanos para dar "mais andamento" aos pedidos.
