Não gostei da iluminação da casa de banho. Para fazer a barba ou maquilhar-se, a iluminação nos criava sombras...

Simpatia, profissionalismo e serviços prestados

Das Hotel ist eine Kombination aus Alt- und Neubau. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Das Frühstück hervorragend.

Der Aufenthalt im Schwimmbad wird für eine Stunde zugewiesen (grundsätzlich sinnvoll) und man benötigt eine Badekappe. Diese kann man für 4 Euro erwerben. Wir waren am Wochenende im Hotel. Auf Grund der guten Auslastung war es leider nicht möglich die kleine Sauna zu nutzen.

Breakfast was Ok on the 1st day but improved with a juice machine & more variety on the 2nd & 3rd day . The Manager gave a free 3 course meal and bottle of wine & water due to complications with our stay , she was lovely . The first manager was not as friendly and we had to argue are case. Its extremely clean and the 3 course meal was excellent. The location is perfect , minutes to the town and river . The spa was nice , but no jacuzzi. We were given a room upgrade overlooking the river.

There is no Netflix, Prime or Youtube available on the Tv even the remote says there is. Although there are many channels available but confusing to use , the tv was fixed during our stay to work for these channels. It was done quickly . The room overlooked the river but the entrance door opened to overlook the dining room were breakfast was served, we were woken every morning by the staff laying out the food on glass tables. I suggest mats should be placed down to top the clanging . The pillows were not comfy, the beds were ok. The door was left open by a cleaner and not closed shut. The manager was most upset and said she would deal with it . The pool emptied itself one evening and was not available for 24hrs. The hotel is quite confusing as its joined by a bridge over the road and we got lost a few times , we were told this happens with most residents, the signs need to be improved in the hotel to find your way to the spa & outdoor pool . We asked staff to help us.
